Garner, NC—November 22, 2004—If you have heard the rumor that George White Realty is no longer in business, Think Again! In November of 2003, George White became the owner of the real estate franchise, EXIT REALTY. Although Exit Realty Professionals is now the sign people see as they drive by, George White Realty is still the founding company behind EXIT. George White Realty has serviced the triangle area for its real estate needs for over twenty years. Appropriately named, Exit Realty Professionals is situated on the EXIT off of Benson Rd/HWY 50 at 705 Umstead Lane, Garner, NC 27529.

The red-roofed George White Realty sign has been iconic to residents of Garner, North Carolina for years. George White Realty started in September 1983 with its first office located in the Garner Chamber of Commerce building. In 1984 the office moved to its current location of 705 Umstead Lane. In 1986 two floors were added to the building, and the outside of the building was covered with brick.

George White Realty, along with Exit Realty Professionals, owns George White Realty Appraisals. George White is associated with the Raleigh Board of Realtors, NC Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Triangle MLS, and he is a State Certified Appraiser. George White Realty and associates were rated in the top 10% nationally for customer service. George White has over thirty years of experience as a real estate broker.
